S.S.M.

This book of poetry is dedicated to a dear friend of mine whom I lost to suicide in 2016. I decided to write this as a documentation of my own mental health and saw the progression of my illness over the past three years.

This is a story about the pain that never seems to leave. It is the pain that is always there but you must keep moving forward despite it. It is a story about all the darkness in the minds of the mentally ill and how we survive it.
