I can feel you trailing off into your guilt from the past and your anxiety over the future. You’re forgetting you’re supposed to be somewhere else- in the now! What could you be doing right now? So much, but you can’t do that if you’re stuck on regrets or worrying that you’ll never make anything of yourself.
Breathe, drink your water, get some fresh air. Practice gratitude for this moment and kindness to the universe. You will be greater than you expect and everything you‘re upsetting about will be fine so focus on today. Right now. Be the best you can be right now. Love right now. Notice the beauty that surrounds you right now.
